Installing the ladder levers were easy, & support work as stated. One issue I have, the levers slide out while carrying the ladder to work site , so, I added Velcro to hold both parts from sliding out of the lever's while carrying the ladder. When I arrive I release the Velcro & let the lever's hit the ground.

overall good value. easy to install. one negative is when moving the ladder around one side of the leveller slips down. the other side does stay fixed.

Very useful for that ladder that needs levelling or just doesn't fit due to a window or something in the way....being able to move it up and down a small amount helps a lot. Is heavy duty and works well so far....easy to use with fine adjustments. Have put it on a framework so can use it on other ladders rather than bolt it to one.
