Bad Quality. It broke after 2 days of use. And I have a Harbor one that I've been using for 4 years. I don't recommend this one.

Product partially fell apart during the first use, the center shaft of the tool has a spiral channel that is filled with ball bearings, this portion of the tool is designed to reverse the nosepiece out of the installed riv nut, however; with the bearings gone it doesn’t work, so you have to manually spin the entire tool to remove it from the riv nut!

Bearings popped out on fourth try. Had to disassemble to release tool from rivnut. Could not get bearings to go back in. Tool will not work.

I was setting stainless steel 10/24 nut rivets in .064 thick aluminum. On the 8th rivet the center screw jammed up. Very displeased with it. I had to take it all apart to get it on jammed. Now the handles don't push together smoothly.

Weak tool. Thread can be ofset by using the tool and tip break easily specialy if your using stainless steel rivet nut.
No replacement parts available got a refund but was on special and even originsl price increase !

Can't review this item because it was never received. Customer service agent accused me of providing the wrong address. The customer service agent was very rude and not helpful. We have ordered other items and they were received without problems. I was never offered another attempt to deliver or a replacement order. Your customer service agent made it seem like you didn't want to do business with our company anymore. Haven't ordered anymore and don't think we will order from Vevor again.
