Well built tool but the mandrels seems to be not tempered properly. I ordered the rivnut tool for a small boat customization project. I broke the 1/4-20 mandrel after setting 5 rivnuts on the first use. Oops! I contacted Vevor about replacement parts and they sent me a new compete Rivnut tool kit. Well outstanding! I set about the last 18 or so 1/4-20 rivnuts making extra sure that everything lined up square as possible. That worked pretty darn good until the very last rivnut of the whole project. The location was in a bit of a awkward position and I could not completely square over the location, as soon as the rivnut started to seat, the 1/4-20 mandrel broke again. Once again I contacted Vevor and once again no parts. They offered me another complete tool set or a refund of $24.. I took the money mostly because I really don't need a 3rd set of rivnut tools with defective and non-placeable parts floating around. Really is too bad, their customer service is pretty good

As far as the tool and accessories they are what we expected, how ever we where not impressed with the delivery with this package, as they dropped it off at the bottom of our mailbox, on the ground and we didn't notice it for app 2 days !. We are very surprised it was still there, If in the future we would appreciate the package to be delivered to our back door of the house, Thank you. Lee.

First time using it looks real nice didn’t work worth a hoot first one I did it worked second one look at the pictures trying to get it out. Don’t know exactly what I’m gonna do now but it just broke second one putting in. have pictures of tool and the one I did.

Never received apparently it was shipped back to the warehouse, but no notification or credit issued until I reached out.

Lower handle is way too close to what you’re working on when the rivet nut is fully seated. The nose needs to be longer if you’re going to get at it from a 90 degree angle.

I purchased the 16” semi automatic tool because I have a big project to work on. Unfortunately The slide in the tool is made out of very cheap metal and after the first couple of nut zerts installed it became very difficult to reset the tool for the next use. I would not recommend this tool only because of the internal slide is junk unfortunately because the rest of the tool works phenomenally! I don’t know if vervor will accept a return because i have used it, this is the first thing i bought from vevor that i have been disappointed by. In the photo the cork screw looking piece in the middle is the part that is bad

Like the kit but not as user friendly as I hoped and directions are weak at best. My 1/4” die broke already after only 2 usages.. overall it’s a decent kit but I feel that the short time I have had the kit and little usage it should not be broken already!

Tried to use once. Wouldn't cinch the nut rivet to the piece. Wasted 3 nuts trying. Material was ¼" thick. Don't know if it was to thick or what.
