We loved these so much that we bought 2. Regrettably, the 2nd one will only reel in half way before it stops. And customer service is a nightmare. We love the products, hate the service. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Finally got around to installing this unit today. Something is plugged up on the inside as almost no water will flow through the unit. Tried to back flush it and absolutely no water will pass through it that way

Absolute junk.. Will not reel inlike it should, VEVOR only want to give me less then half of what I paid, bought 3 year warranty and have heard nothing from them. ABSOLUTE JUNK. DI NOT BUY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PURCHASING THE JUNK WARRANTY they do not stand behind their products

Great concept. Broke in days
We have 2 of these and 1 works great! The other only reels I'm half way and stops no matter what. Im so disappointed. And customer service is a nightmare in my opion to resolve issues. We had damage to an air compressor and no response as well as a missing piece that they would not replace because I couldn't give them a picture of the missing piece. Great products... horrible service.

I bought the 100’ 1/2” size. Water flow is slow. I have it hooked to my yard hydrant which has high water flow. Water blasts out of it. It took 2 hours to fill the 40 gallon fresh water tank on my camper. I wish I had purchased the 84’ 5/8” reel. I would guess the inside of the hose is probably 3/8”.

Extremely hard to pull the hose from the housing. if you are not a very strong person , dont buy, I hurt my muscles trying to pull. Plus, the hose pulls and rolls right back. I have not figured out how to make it stay, very poorly made. I am considering to trash, or give away to someone handy, because of the energy that it consumes every time I use.

It never came. We were charged and they say it was delivered, UPS says it was not. Not a good company to deal with.

Stopped retracting in less than 7 days
Super disappointed in this product. Didn't even get a full week in after installing before the hose stopped retracting in. Unfortunately im past the 30 day return window so now im out $180.
