very cheap, hard to retract hose and it's already leaking from the spray nozzle

There is a hole in the hose so it is leaking.

I have 2 of these in 5/8 with no issues,this one in 1/2 doesn’t retract all the way in hose tends to hang out 3 to 4 feet

First time trying to use it and hose is jammed and unable to be freed. I would have to break the unit apart to repair. Complete waste of my time and money. Will seek refund.

After the 3rd use the male threads where the sprayer attaches just spins making it unusable for attaching anything. The fitting is defective.

Hose is very chinky

We have purchased so many vevor products and been very happy. Until now. This hose reel is so cheaply made. The hose is so small that water might as well be coming through a McDonald's straw. The hose kinks so easily. The hose doesn't retract and only goes back if you're literally helping it. This one isn't good. We own 3 hoselink retractable hoses. I wish we owned a fourth instead.

I was under the impression by the add that I was getting the new upgraded version and received the old version without all of the upgrades. Buyer beware

It leaks like a sieve out of the device itself. Not at either one of the ends of the hose. I would definitely not buy it again. Not sure if I can get this replaced or repaired or what but I cannot use it the way it is.

Bought this last year, fitted it. Never used it until today. Pulled the hose out, did the job. Went to pull the hose to reel back in, didnt work. Hose is now just like my last one laying on the ground making a mess. Contacted CS on chat they didnt resolve it they just created a BS ticket to hopefully waste time to get me out of warranty. I have to wait for an Email, ridiculous just like they asked for a video of the fault. Seriously, just a lot of wasting time so I may miss the email and miss the cut off for the return. I know these tricks, how about being a good retailer and swapping it!
