Simon-Martin Lavoie Beau produit
Bon produit etant donné le prix. Par contre le boyau est trop rigide ce qui rend l’utilisation moin agréable et l’enroulement plus difficile

Reel works fine. Easy to install. Hose is too small. Not enough water flow.

Hatte Probleme mit der Automatik (hat keine automatische Aufzug-
Bremse). Man sollte den Schlauch niemals unkontrolliert aufwickeln lassen. Habe den Schaden aber durch VEVOR auf Kulanz geregelt bekommen, nochmals danke.

Serg 5/8 or 1/2
ordered a 5/8 inch hose from Vevor, but received a 1/2 inch instead. The product did not match the description, so I had to contact support. To their credit, they did refund part of the cost, which was appreciated.
However, this is still an important issue. I recommend carefully checking everything you receive from Vevor before using it, as there can be mistakes in sizing or product details. Overall, customer service did respond, but accuracy in shipping needs improvement.

Melissa Bruning Plastic
When you pull the hose out most or all the way, and retract it the whole thing shakes so bad u til the pin comes out of the bottom. Have to be very careful, it’s only plastic

Jake Thomas Leaks out of the housing but seems to work fine
There is a small leak coming from the housing of the hose reel. I’m not sure where it’s coming from because I can’t disassemble it. Doesn’t seem to affect the functionality and I’m mostly happy with it. It’s just a little frustrating that it’s already leaking and I just got it.

Stockman Farms Great Idea, not so great execution
Had this a few months, already won’t reel back up. It only gets used 2-3 times per week to water plants. Love the idea, just need it to work!
