Over great product and company however, for be a first time purchase and experiencing a defect so soon with the product I’m a little weary of future purchases.

I purchased a retractable hose less than six months ago and it doesn't retract all the way, do return it for another

Received item today (May 21, 2026) checked content and no wall plugs and/or Hexagonal coach bolts inside box.

Very. Nice and easy to use product but you don’t get the same water pressure through the unit as you do with a regular 5/8” hose.

El carrete de Manguera Retráctil cumple muy bien su cometido. Los materiales parece buenos, espero que aguanten bien la intemperie. Estoy muy molesto con el transportista DHL: - Vivo en una localidad rural en Asturias. - Lamentablemente, los transportistas muchas veces buscan cualquier escusa para NO hacer las entregas en el domicilio. - En este caso, DHL, ni siquiera buscó escusas, directamente lo dejó a 18 kilómetros de mi domicilio. - Por lo que he tenido que hacer tiempo y gastar gasolina, para poder ir a recogerlo, cuando la entrega en domicilio estaba incluida.

Where you screw the sprayer on there is no way to tighten up as it swivels so it leaks constantly. So you have to cut your brand new reels hose and put a new end on. Get what you pay for see how long it lasts

Low quality, probably won’t last more than 2-3summers. Everything is plastic. Hose is smaller diameter than most typical garden hoses.

I ordered two reels, when received one didn’t have wall bracket, I requested another wall bracket and did everything they asked, was told it shipped out, then I was told they lost it and asked if I would take $52.00, I agreed and they never paid me, won’t be dealing with them anymore and will tell everyone I know about it!

Nice unit, Looks good and works. The install was straightforward. After using it a few times, I realized that I should have purchased the 5/8-inch hose "high flow" unit with 100 ft of hose instead. While this unit works, it just doesn't flow as much water as I expected. A few more items of constructive criticism: 1) Mount is made of plastic - wish it were a sturdier, higher quality metal mount. 2) Vevor doesn't carry spare parts - such as a mount. I had hopes of buying -one- unit and being able to move it to different locations around my home. Only option was to buy another hose reel. So if the mount ever breaks, the only recourse involves replacing the entire unit - not just the mount. I'll lay odds that the same situation applies to the hose (should it develop a leak). 3) The included spray nozzle is useless. While it works, it doesn't match my expectations. After about 5-minutes of using it, I decided to toss it in the spare parts pile and use a different spray nozzle that I already had on hand. The one I already had works way better and is far superior to the included spray nozzle. 4) Once the hose is out of the reel, it kinks up very easily. Frustrating to use at times.
