the bracket and screws are terrible since you cannot really get a driver in the space unless you use a socket ratchet. The spray nozzle leaked from day 1. the hose doesn't retract well and will stop frequently forcing you to push it in manually. I had expected alot more out of this one..

Overall , not to bad of a product , Improvements suggested replaceable input and output put hoses

Je pensais commander un enrouleur à un diamètre 15 ce qui permettait d'avoir plus de débit j'ai reçu un diamètre 12 donc avec un débit très limité.

The hose reel seems to be fine. It extends and contracts easily. However, the multi-function sprayer handle is garbage! When I attached it to the end of the hose, it leaked, so I tightened it as much as possible, and it's still leaked. When I went to remove it from the sprayer, it just spins without unthreading. If I can't figure something out, I'm going to have to cut the hose end off and reinstall a new one...on my brand new hose!

The reels are easy to mount and work well. The nozzles do not tighten enough to stop the leaks. The stem of the threaded part turns inside the hose making it impossible to tighten enough.

The hose itself kinks very easily. Especially when it is fully extended. Have to fight with it everytime. That’s the only thing wrong with the design
