My hose retractorable hose came partially broken because of poor shipping...l was able to fix it but l don't know how long it will last. The plastic parts make it accessible to breakage...which happened.

Mounting hardware plugs substandard amd of odd local concrete drill size had.tp spend.more money to mount outside

Bought this hose reel now it leaking from sprayer but cant get it off cause of the design on male end. It just spins when I try and unscrew it.Ill have to cut sprayer off I guess but itll happen to next sprayer I put on it. Its a terrible design!

It was easy to install but the retraction gives me issues and I can’t get it to retract completely.

I bought this hose reel for the ability to store the hose easily. If I want to chemotherapy nozzle I hsve to wait until the hose is completely empty, otherwise the connection on the hose, not the nozzle, just spins. When retrieving the hose I have to basically guide the hose left and right so it doesn’t bind. Truth be told, I really like this system. Just a few kinks I able able to work with. I probably should have waited for the larger version in the length I wanted.

It has no water pressure when we try to use ir and birds try and nest in it

Its okay but for the cost was hoping for better, but im sure it will have to be replaced within a year

Fixation au mur un peu compliqué car les trous sont assez proches, mais il tient parfaitement sur 2 vis finalement. J'ai rajouté des rondelles car la fixation est en plastique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, par rapport à ce qu'on trouve sur le marché. Je recommande vivement... A acheter sans hésiter, j'ai pris celui de 30m
