Mr
Package came severely damaged any of the parts and usable and some parts missing set right now because I don’t have a way to contact vevor I’ve searched, high and low for a phone number for Customer support. They either need to refund my money or send me a new carport.

Not quite what we were expecting
Carport is large in size and easy to assemble. Just not as sturdy as we were expecting. Tarp is not what i would call heavy duty and since it is individual peices with no way to overlap them its going to be easy for rain to get in. Probably great for outdoor storage but dont put things in it you would be concerned about getting wet

Incomplete kit and lesser quality steel.
Carport kit review.
Materials:
The kit that I was provided had the incorrect number of connecting bars giving me an excess of straight bar with no connecting flange. Additionally several pieces of the tube stock had two layers of steel at the end making it so I had to hammer out stock so that pieces would even fit together.
The tarp appears to be decent quality, but connecting it to the frame with provided elastic tie ins would leave you with a rattling mess that has gaps at the corners and seems.
Had unit assembled with grounds stakes and weighted bags attached, proceeded to have a windstorm (gusts of ~45mph) which had the steel frame buckle around their support braces and collapse.
Will re use tube stock for other projects on farm, tarp section is now being used alone as vehicle cover.
Overall review 2/5

Not heavy duty
It is not rates for snow and should state that. Mine collapsed under less than 3 inches. My fault I guess. Too good to be true.

12x20 carport
Purchased this carport, easy setup to put together seemed to do well for a few months till winter on the first snowfall we had 6 inches of snow and it collapsed the carport and bend all the legs. I do not recommend this carport if you live in a snowy area.

Did not receive the package and their customer service sucks because after sending them the information from FedEx giving them the go to FedEx com and put the tracking number in and go look at the picture yourself to see that only one of the two packages that I ordered was delivered and that I need to know where my other package is and they just said oh well you know call your friends ask your neighbors. I live in a remote area and have no Neighbors. The photo clearly shows that only one package was delivered and customer service will now not respond. And of course it was the most expensive item that I ordered. Almost $300

Mr
Finally got around to setting it up around the 15th of May, fully crumpled and folded by June 12th. It was located in the 30ft gap between my house and my neighbors house, ended up using extra long tent pegs to secure it to the ground, which they did, instead this thing managed to fold its steel poles in on them selves slumping over in the space between the units. Tarp is fine but the structure is so mangled it has essentially just become useless. I'll have to re build out the structure with another material, probably end up just saying down logs and use some 4x4 posts for its support.

I own two of these bought a year apart. The first one had a frame that had two piece legs, which affected the stability of the frame and it failed in heavier winds than usual for. but the cover was solid and is still holding up. I fixed the parts that bent with steel support planks and its cool. This one is a great design, but they went cheap on the cover and it has torn. Its much thinner than the first one. You can see the sun has thinned it out and its tearing and see thru after less than a year.

These are good for one year, if you're lucky. I watched an installation video before I purchased this. When it arrived it didn't have any corner supports, gussets, tying the legs to the upper rail. I called customer service and they told me they didn't offer them anymore. I told them that it wouldn't last without the additional supports. They offered me a $46 dollar refund, which I never received, for my trouble. I just ordered my first replacement cover. The original lasted 9 months. Before I got the cover put on, the thing blew over and buckled all the legs. I now have $300 worth of 1 1/4 conduit ordered from menards. With the replacement cover and conduit I have more in the repair than the original purchase. Good luck!
