They sent me wrong device and they don't want to change it?
Be careful! I ordered 5KW and they sent me 8KW. I asked them to replace it and they told me that “it says 8KW, but it’s actually 5KW”! I turned it on and it's very hot. More than the one I have at 5KW. They won’t change it! I feel like they made a fool of me. I am very disappointed with the company.

Haven't installed it. The control cable between the remote unit and the blower is only about a meter long, so no use for my application, where I wanted the heater some distance from the blower. Vevor say there is no cable that extends the control wire available. It might be possible to make one up, but I don't have the skills or the equipment. Additionally, they say it's not possible to extend the ducting beyond 3 metres, where I wanted to extend it 5 or 6 metres, so that doesn't work either. The control issue might be resolvable if the bluetooth app works properly, which would be fine, but the ducting issue is a problem that I'm not sure how to get around.
At the moment it's a 100Euro paperweight.

Durch Sonneneinstrahlung wenn sich das Fahrzeuginnere erwärmt, löst sich vom Display die Kunststoffscheibe. Nach Kurzer Zeit schaltet sich die Heizung von selbst ein....

Inconsistent heater
I’ve bought this heater 2 times and first time worked a charm! This time I’ve had nothing but complications. Exhaust heat wrap wasn’t good enough and would smoke when heater was on so bought my own exhaust wrap. Bigger concern believe it or not is the heater keeps turning itself off for some reason. Unsure if it’s timer related or fuel or glow plug. Never consistent. Sometimes it runs 2 hours in the morning fine and then won run for 10 minutes in the evening before cutting out. Other times 30 minutes of heat then cut out and on restart it just keeps curing out. Voltage is high and connections fine it seems to be heater issue.
