I've only had the tool for a short period of time so I can't speak to the longevity of the tool but it is easy to use and set. Haven't had any issues with it so far. Glad I made this purchase and I think you will to.

This is a well priced, good quality item. However, I made the mistake of not realizing that its max torque of 80ft.lb is insufficient for a lot of the work on my car. For instance, the torque needed for my wheels is 100ft.lb. Therefore, be aware of its limitations before buying.

+/- 1 to 2 ft/lb accuracy across entire range out of the box gripping at the same point on the grip. The gauge is practically exact for this type of torque wrench/gauge if you check/confirm the point on the grip that you need to apply the pressure with a gauge before using. Excellent repeatability as well

This torque wrench is pretty good for the money. It’s easy to read & adjust and comes with all kinds of adapters to fit any size of socket. The reason I bought it is because it has a low level torque range from 10 lbs to 80. Perfect for any oil change & most wheel nuts. If you need more torque look elsewhere but this is perfect for most external engine work like spark plugs, ignition coils, water pumps etc.
