I bought the 16.6" Rolling Core Aerator with Wheels - Total $116.77. 1. Product: Does NOT aerate. The "anti-clog tines" clog immediately. You have to stop every 3-4 feet to clean it. Wheels don't help, the whole unit is unbalanced and impossible to push on normal lawn. Build quality is very cheap. 2. Service: Nightmare return process. I returned with tracking 792765638485 and they only refunded $107.87. PayPal had to give me a temporary credit. I had to open a SECOND case for the remaining $8.90 tax. No one at VEVOR/SANVEN TECHNOLOGY LTD wants to help. Save your money and buy from a real brand. This is landfill material.

I bought it one week ago filled it with sand, haven't even used it yet and the sand is leaking almost all the way around the edge of the aerator, plugs are only about half an inch to maybe a inch. And tines get plugged and doesn't work after 15 feet

The aerator was easy enough to put together, but when I filled the wheels with sand I noticed that there were several holes in the welded metal. The sand leaked out as I did a test run across the lawn. I used a welding epoxy to seal up the holes, but I am guessing that with use, some of the small holes will open up again. The aerator was pulling out soil plugs, but I didn't expect to be sanding my lawn at the same time. Disappointed in the quality of the weld.

The aerator is not heavy enough to really do anything.

Tines aren’t not long enough. Also it just pokes grooves in the soil, it doesn’t pull plugs like in a real core aerator. I filled it up with sand but still doesn’t go deep enough. Vevor should do an upgrade to the tines and it would be better. Make them longer so they can actually go deeper and design them to pull plugs not just poke the ground.

Do not purchase. The item does not aerate the lawn. Waste of time and money. Not as described.

A piece of garbage. Literally do nothing and just almost breaks after the first use.

The description says it takes 3" deep plugs, the picture shows soils plugs/cores next to the product, but upon receiving it, the tines are "scoops" and just punch a hole in the soil. This is not core aeration. I reached out to support, but I don't think they understand the issue, and have been slow to respond.

Be careful when using this product as the alloy used in its construction is vastly illequipped to handle the stress put upon its joints during routine transport or recommended use. The handle bar shaft broke clean at the shaft fork joint during my second time using the unit. These joints need considerable reinforcement. Would give 0 stars for quality if possible, in spite of the majority of the unit's construction appearing to be okay, because if the mechanism to operate the unit is inoperable then the rest of the unit is useless.

Absolutely poorly made with weak materials. Handle snapped after 5 mins of use. 2 stars, only because customer service refunded me without needing me to send anything back.
