How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

I purchased a rivet nut tool from VEVOR, and unfortunately, the tool came apart during use. I contacted VEVOR about the issue, and they took care of it by replacing the tool at no cost to me. I really appreciate the way VEVOR stood behind their product and made the situation right.Outstanding Customer service like this makes a big difference. I would not hesitate to purchase VEVOR tools again in the future, and I’m happy to recommend them to others.
