Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel Water Hose Reel 35m x 1.3cm 180° Swivel Wall-Mounted

Bonjour voici mon problème, Pistolet qui fuît 1 semaine après sont utilisation voir sur la photo.

It lowered my water pressure and the real is weak it doesn't want to real in even from 5 feet away. I recommend u get the biggest hose for more pressure.

It worked for about a week and a half now it doesn't real back in

Purchased for my wife and gave it to her on mother's day.And broke a week later. Had hose almost fully extended and gave it a tug to retract, and it literally exploded

Worked well but have 1 issues with these. When you screw on the sprayer, the male end breaks loose and freely spins once the sprayer is screwed on so you can't unscrew it. Had this happen to a couple of these that I purchased. Messaged Customer Support and waiting a response.

This the second one I brought. The first one the male part of the hose started to leak. Tried to find replacement but couldn't. So i brought a whole new one. Your product is cheap. And if I didn't have it mounted to my house I would have just threw it away.

Pull hose out 2 or 3 time now want roll up proberly

Mechanisch in Ordnung. Ersatzteile?

It has never worked right. There was som little plastic piece broke inside when we bought it. We purchase from here all the time but we are very upset about this product. We need a refund.

My hose broke within less than a year. It doesn't retract anymore
