Price was very good in comparison with similar models. I am pleased with its convenience but I recommend the 5/8 “hose. The 1/2” is too small. It slows down the water flow too much.

Convenient but not perfect
My wife loves using it. I wish I had purchased the 5/8" version. The first time I dropped the hose onto a soft grassy lawn, the nozzle broke.

You getting what you paid for
I just start using it so I'll share first taught. Looks like everything is made with plastic except screws. Hose Reel and retractable mechanism is nat working as advertised. Needs some force to pool the hose and then I have to play with it to retract

Good product
We bought two of these to use on the farm for watering livestock. I thought it pictured quick connect connections & nozzles so that's why I went with vevor product because of the extra bonus of sprayers, quick connects, etc. After receiving the hoses I realized the quick connects weren't a typical quick connect. Sure you can pop sprayers on and off but the connection that screws on the hose doesn't have a shut off in it so the water just starts out of the hose. The threads at the end of the hose are shorter than a typical hose. When connecting the one spray handle directly to the hose it leaks BAD. I believe it's because there aren't enough threads and the rubber insert just slides into the end of the hose. I ended up buying a different quick connect with a stopper in it because I connect the hose to a automatic cattle waterer and then connect it quick to a spray nozzle to fill other animal buckets.
As far as reeling it in, it worked great the first few times. Now it doesn't always feel all the way up on the one unit. It will leave 5' or so hanging out. The other unit doesn't get used every day and seems to be reeling in ok so far.

no good low pressure
hose seems nice, very hard to pull out and set so it doesn't get sucked back in, the rolling system seems very fragile don't expect it to last very long. doesn't look robust enough to handle the amount of work it requires to guide the hose out and in. but worse is the amount of water pressure. I have great water pressure and this hose restricts so bad.

Extremely well made. I wanted the 5/8 version and had to settle for the 1/2 version due to out of stock. Definitely wish I had waited for the 5/8 because the 1/2in version really struggles with water pressure. My home has great water pressure but this thing leaves alot to be desired.
