I did not receive all of the parts to assemble the wagon. I contacted Vevor immediately and after several days the offered me $60 for the trouble. I told them that I just wanted the missing parts. Then after several more days they offered me a little more money. I replied back yet again that I just wanted the missing parts or tgey could send me a pre-paid shipping label and then I could send it back to them, since it seemed like they didn't want to send missing parts. I threatened to create a report with the BBB and then they gave me a full refund. That was nice of them but now I still have a wagon that has no axles or hardware bag so basically I have a box of junk that I cant use.

I used the wagon once to carry some pool sullies from my car to the pool area and 2 cotter pins from the wheels broke and the wheels fell off. Now im left having to purchase cotter pins. Not happy with this wagon

The “tray” was busted upon receipt. You said that you would send a new “tray” but have not done so.

One tire was flat when i opened the box. Their solution was to send me a tube that I had to inflate and somehow figure out how to get that into the tire. Why didn't they just replace the entire tire rather than make me inflate the tube and put it in the tire???? I had to get a tool to get the stem through the rim. It was a lot of work for a brand new wagon. Very dissatisfied.

This is a piece of crap it’s a good design but it’s poor material I need my money back

Spend the extra couple of bucks and buy the gorilla cart ! My VEVOR cart won’t stay latched , empty or with stuff in it I can’t roll more than ten feet and it dumps all that it !

Never received and still no refund or shipment date.

I have been extremely frustrated with this entire purchase from start to finish. From the moment I assembled the garden cart, it has not worked correctly. The cart will not latch properly, and as soon as I try to go uphill it falls backward, making it completely unusable and unsafe. I contacted customer support and followed the instructions they provided to try to fix the issue, but those steps did not resolve the problem at all. The cart still will not latch and cannot be used for its intended purpose. After explaining that the product is defective and unusable, I requested a refund. I was then offered a refund of $21 for a cart that cost me almost $200. That response was incredibly disappointing and does not come close to addressing the issue. I expected a functional product and reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this cart or this company.

Colis perdu puis dans un état pitoyable,manque des vis. On me propose dame me renvoyer les vis.....puis au bout d'un moment on me dis ,les vis sont perdus voulez vous un geste commercial ? N'ayant pas vraiment le choix. Du coup a moi d'aller chercher les vis. Pour un article de ce prix là , un sav efficace aurait été apprécié Du coup pas encore monter a voir l'utilisation quand il le sera.
