Works fairly well, struggles maintaining temperature.

Très bon produit. Le seul problème c'est que la pizza cuit au dessus, mais ne cuit pas très bien le dessous

Reçu rapidement, le montage c'est bien passé, parcontre le fonctionnement n'est pas terrible j'ai bien mis 400g de pellets 100% chêne puis embrasé mais lorsque la température à atteint les 400°c environ la fumée est devenue noire et beaucoup de suit se dépose avec une odeur très mauvaise pour faire cuire une pizza, ensuite la température redescend trop rapidement, il faudrait une matière qui retiennent la chaleur dans les parois. J'aimerais avoir une solution du service client, peut être l'arrivée d'air qui n'est pas assez grande et réalise une combustion incomplète.

Ha llegado defectuoso el motor de rotación no funciona, no hace nada. El motor no funciona no da vueltas, quiero ponerme en contacto pero me es imposible los mensajes no de cargan, inténtelo mad tarde y así todo el rato. Todo tiene arreglo no se le ve malo al horno, pero en.mi caso no funciona de hay la calificación

Il forno è di ottima qualità ma sono deluso perché è arrivato danneggiato il piatto non gira. Ho provato a mettere diverse tipologie di batterie ma non funziona lo stesso. Sono molto deluso 😞

acheté le 10 septembre 2026 reçu rapidement le 14 septembre 2026 un bel appareil, semble de bonne qualité par contre pas de pelle à pizza et il manque un vis de fixation pour la barrière à chaleur j'ai contacté le service après vente j'attends leur reponse je ne manquerai pas de vous tenir au courant GJ

Très déçu , ça fume partout et le plateau très coulante

I purchased the VEVOR 16" a few weeks ago and so far I have not been able for it to get to a adequate temperature to cook.The gas volume knob does not allow for a higher gas level. The flame is so weak and it's taking over an hour to reach a temperature that hardly melts cheese. I've contacted customer service over a week ago and they have yet to respond even after getting an auto reply saying i'll get a reply within 48 hours. VEVOR customer service is as poor as their product. I've paid over €200 for the pizza oven and I can not use it. My only option is to go down the legal route. I have a You- tube channel I will be posting my review shortly if no response from VEVOR customer service. ______ This is my second part of this review 05-08-2026. To this date I still not heard back from VEVOR customer service. It's been three weeks and all i get is an automated reply saying someone will get back to me within 24 hours. I have spent over €200 on the VEVOR 16" pizza oven and it DOES NOT WORK. VEVOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE CONTACT ME ! __ Review part 3. It's been five week since I contacted VEVOR and I still have not heard from them. My second part of this review I had an email saying again someone will be in contact within 24 hours, it's been another week and no contact by VEVOR'S customer service. First of all, the product came with screws missing and the plate inside was all broken. Second of all and the reason I’m going to sue this company is because the oven caught on fire ! It’s really really bad
