I have two 20x20x1 return filters. I wanted to add another 20x20x1 to increase the flow across the evaporator cooler. By doing this it takes less energy to cool my house. I can tell it in my electrical cost. Glad I in stalled another return register. I will suggest to others to do the same. Will save you money each month.
