We had trouble with the nuts & bolts that connect the handles to the frame. Unfortunately the tightening of the nut wore the thread on the bolts. After problems getting this sorted and new nuts & bolts being sent we bought our own quality nuts and bolts which solved the problem. The trolley itself is great and was appreciated by those who used it to move our camp kit around the camp site this weekend.

So far this hand truck has worked extremely well. It appears well made and capable of carrying the maximum recommended load. I most certainly recommend ot for the types of jobs it is designed for.

This is a sturdy bit of kit. It has proved very useful for a number of things whilst we are doing building and internal woirks on our house. A few complaints :- the locking mechanism to make the handle assembly snap to make a sack truck requires a heavy slam dunk type of approach and it doesnt always catch and stay locked. A few times it has popped out? what would be good would be a brake on the small wheels to stop it rolloing away or moving when loading up the platform
