I ordered this 60 lb spreader and it was not hard to put together and it's a powder coat frame. The olly thing the grate was missing. I am going to a to contact the supplier.

This is a solid product and does the job very well. Easy to use with one minor comment that the door sometimes catches slightly when closing it after filling the drum, but a slight wiggle does the trick. The main benefit of this is that it sorts the fine soil from the extra nonsense that ends up in bags of topsoil and compost - you will be surprised at what is left in the drum! After rolling out the contents you can see exactly where you have been thus ensuring the desired coverage. Highly recommended.

The setting guide only has 10 settings not the 30 as advertised.

This spreader is plastic and will not hold much weight without it bogging down and making it hard to push. The right wheel is what turns the mechanism and it will not turn very easy even when only 1/3 full of grass seed. Not worth the money.

Easy to set up. Hard to use without dumping way ro much fertilizer in places leaving burn marks on the lawn. I will not use this product again…

The spreader will be fine, once I get the tire properly seated on the plastic and warped wheel.

The hopper screen that keeps the seed and fertilizer from clumping up and over casting is not included. Purchased cause the pictures show it but did not receive one

Haven't used it yet but this was a used item that had been returned. I received it on Feb 14. Whoever return it bought it on the Jan 14, used it and returned it on Jan 20. It seems to have all the parts and it did assemble but I didn't buy a used item.
