George Peirce Mr.
The bolts to hold into cement steps were not the best. I had to go to ACE and buy some stronger expandable bolts. Othe than that the railing worked fine.

Overall a great product. Other than the concrete bit being a size 12 which is too large for the anchor.

Quick delivery, great price, easy install. Rated "easy to use" a 4 due to a bur I needed to grind off in order to fit the handrail to one of the legs. Nice hardware provided including a masonary drill bit.

I like the looks and it works well. The cement anchors were not good so I had to purchase better ones.

Mr. J. S. Landau Excellent product
Step 4 or 5
The instructions were a bit vague, and far too many screws were provided but with a bit of common sense, this handrail is fairly easy to.put up, and once in place is strong and sturdy. If fitting into concrete steps, you need a high power drill

Excellent product and service. Only concern was the quality of the drill head that was not up to drilling through slabs and i had to buy a more effective one.
