Missing handle
No one to ask for missing handle of chipper 010100010010010100010101010000100⁰⁰00000000000000000000000000000010101010101010101010101010101010010101010101001010010

Okay
Use it primarily for seasonal pruning and yard cleanup. Motor is good. Chipper and mulcher work just fine. Bag is an awful design. Can be really hard to feed unless straight bare branches. More capable than it's design allows as both feed paths are too small and get blocked up easily.

Well built machine but not designed for leaf removal.
The actual machine (shredder/mulcher) is great quality and likely overkill for most residential properties. It's pretty loud too, so if you're right in town with neighbours close, that's something to consider.
The annoying thing for me was, the bag attachment really didn't stay in place. There was nothing to "attached" it to. The chute where all of the mulched debris exists, is in an awkward place (right close to the ground). I would say it's really just designed to discharged everything onto the ground (even-though it does come with a bag attachment). So when using it to mulch up dry leaves (which was mainly why I got it), barely anything went into the bag and the majority of it just dischargers into the air, which also makes a huge mess. Not great.
The "vacuum kit" wasn't great either, as leaves kept getting stuck inside the hose and blocking airflow. It was also pretty slow at sucking up the leaves which made the job tiresome, especially when you're dealing with huge piles of them.
Overall, a heavy-duty, well built machine, but really not meant for picking up piles of leaves (which in all fairness, was part of their advertising/images, etc)
I ended up just selling them both products.

MR
Solid construction. Well built. Easy to assemble
It does not handle 3" branches. Very disappointing.

Decent unit
Works good on dried materials. Unit will clog with green material. Unclogging is a pain. The unit is a shredder versus a chipper. It has slinging metal bars compared to fixed cutting blades you normally see in a true chipper.

Homeowner
I bought two of these Chippers. The Muffler broke off after about 6 hours of use on both of them. VEVOR has not provided support to get a replacement Muffler for them. They acknowledged my request for warranty replacement but did not send anything. The machine performed very good but there is no way to get replacement parts or support from VEVOR.

Good but no replacement parts
It’s a little cheaper than the name brands but unlike the name brand units it’s impossible to get a replacement part. The muffler broke off because the nuts weren’t properly tightened during manufacturing and it the vibration resulted in the failure. There is no replacement parts that I can find.

Wouldn’t start
Easy to assembly. Very hard pull but it started after a few pulls. Put it away for the next days work. Wouldn’t start. Kept trying over 3 days then finally contacted Customer Service by phone and online. This is where the issues started and there are many. CS I believe is in India so even though polite they were useless. Multiple attempts to resolve ( daily in fact). They like to respond in the middle of the night and then their system is difficult to respond to and upload images. Not customer friendly. The unit is days old, never used, and has a 1 year warranty to fix or replace. That said they offered me $50, then the next day $160, then finally $320. All for a unit that cost me over $500. Of course I declined and now they’ve agreed to send me a new unit. Let’s see when it comes and if it works. I like Vevor but my advice, don’t buy anything that has a motor, or anything that might involve CS. Let’s see what happens now since they said the other day to wait 2-3 days for a shipping date.
