We ordered 2 of same size awning, received 2 different sizes but charged the correct price for the larger units.
We ordered 2ea 56”x24” metal awnings, we installed the 1st one no problem other than we thought it looked too narrow? We then opened the 2nd one to install and notice it was a foot wider and actually the correct window awning we ordered, they charged us for 2 of the wider units but sent 1 correct and 1 smaller (44” wide) incorrect but charged us for both of the wider units. We like the items and want to order more but are concerned we may get the wrong size again. BOTH boxes were factory sealed and not opened and re sealed. PS: 54” awnings have 5 panels, 44” only have 4 panels.

I would not buy this again
This thing is alright, but very awkward to install. I has to be completely put together and then installed on the wall. It takes 3 guys to put it up. It should be able to build modular while it is hung and leveled. The screws are never tighten , they just keep turning. The metal is thin and cheap. I had to add several good metal screws to fix it.

Cumbersome installation and weak nuts (to hold pressure)
40 inch
Holding of middle strip (at slope) with nuts put too much pressure and after couple of days, nuts broke and middle strip came out from one end. I need to put more nuts even there are no holes (from manufacturer) to support middle strip. Installation is extremely cumbersome in addition.

Screw holes are hard to line up.
48 inch
Extremely hard to put together by yourself. The trick I learned was to use. Awl to pry the screw holes down so they would align. The metal ends and center straps are hard to line up the screw holes. Love it though now that it’s up! Looks good , sturdy and is a nice amount of shade.

44 inch door awning with missing pieces
Ordered 2 44 door awnings, one is fine, the other is missing parts. I am missing 2 of the B parts. It gave me 2 extra C parts. See picture

104X36
Not so good quality, flimsy and the square frame get crushed if you tight, but if you don’t tight then they all shake.

B..
