I ordered the item and it came fairly quickly, however I received a roll of the 2 ft wide and not the 4 ft like I ordered. I quickly notified them there was an issue and sent the photos of the shipping labels they requested. It took several emails and even one to offer me 1/3 of the price in a refund. I declined and informed them I wanted the full price and would send the product back. It took several emails to finally get my refund. This all took about 3 weeks to reconcile. The customer service was an absolute joke.

The worst customer service ever. If it happens that you have any problem, these guys are willing to take you in swings until you get dizzy. I think their customer support are well trained on taking their clients on a roller coaster. I have an issue pending with them since July 7th.

Not good quality as described

Ce que je trouve dommage que VEVOR Traite avec un livreur que je peux que qualifier de malhonnête. Le livreur vous appelle en faisant sonner une fois puis il vous dépose le colis dans un point relais que je n'ai pas choisi. En partant récupérer le colis en point relais ( Point relais ou quand vous arrivez vous avez peur de l'endroit et des gents qui tiennent le point relais...), il me disent le colis n'est pas ici et sur le site du livreur il est indiqué livré... Bref c'est bien dommage que vevor nous force a être livrer avec ce livreur et qu'on ne peu pas choisir le livreur.

Mise en place doublé donc normalement 2x plus efficace et en 3 semaines l’herbe arrive à percer pourtant 5 cm de gravier dessus cela ne vaut pas le feutre geotextile ! Très mécontent de ce produit.

The order was for 6.5 ft and the package label says 6.5 ft but the product is actually about 3.5 ft wide.

This came yesterday and because it is late I dad to purchased something else. I will keep it until next year. At that time I can rate it. It is currently sitting in my gorage.
