The worst fabric I’ve purchased. I laid it in the spring of 2025 and by July of the same year it was very brittle and broke apart just walking on it. Don’t waste your money

I ordered this weed-barrier fabric on Aug 27, 2025 and received a FedEx label that never showed a pickup or scan. After weeks of copy-and-paste emails asking me to “wait a few more days,” VEVOR couldn’t confirm the package was ever handed to FedEx.
They offered only a token $10 credit, ignored my deadline for a real update, and refunded me only after I filed a chargeback and fraud case with my bank.
This isn’t a shipping delay, it’s a complete failure to fulfill an order. I will not buy from VEVOR again.

Honestly the product is great but the customer service here is insanely poor! I had a malfunction with a part of the product once and I was back and forth with customer service for over a month! All I wanted to do was return the item, simple, but they made it so difficult its still not resolved, they wanted to offer me a $20 gift card for a $150+ purchase, I said no politely, they continued to play games and its still not resolved over a month later. Its insane, rarely have I dealt with a company with such low service.

I made a big purchase of 60 weed blocks. I only got 14 of them. They offered me a refound. I told them that I need the product. He said the only thing he can do is a refound. So he refound me only $394 usd only. I asked for the rest of the money and I never got it back. I asked for a phone number to contact and he never responded me back. I need to be contacted to resolve it please!
