Customer Reviews for VEVOR Walk-in Tunnel Greenhouse, 4.5 x 2 x 2 m /15 x 7 x 7 ft Portable Plant Hot House w/ Galvanized Steel Hoops, 1 Top Beam, 2 Diagonal Poles, 2 Zippered Doors & 8 Roll-up Windows, Green

All the pieces to put it together did not come in it. When winter came, it collapsed like nothing then I had to find a way to get rid of all the materials it left behind. Would not recommend

I ordered this and never received it and Ive been compliant with all your emails and requests but now I’m getting pissed off and either your company or the shipping company screwed up so make it happen now and I’m done with filling out email requests I’ll contact my credit card company and put a stop payment if I don’t get either a refund or the product I ordered and don’t patronize me by saying how frustrating I am !!!!!!!!!!

They are super flimsy. I had them for one weekend and they immediately were thrown in the trash. So mad I wasted my money on these it was horrible! One of them was blown on the other side of the fence.

The screw head ripped the plastic so cheap

Non durato neanche un giorno il telo di copertura

Walk in tunnel was up two weeks. Cover was on five days, added extra weight and tie downs after watching reviews. Tunnel is completely destroyed by wind. Frame bent at connections, cover tore at seems. Disappointed, but you get what you pay for.

After 2 days of installation like prescribed in the manual, the whole thing collapsed. The tubes are very poor quality, almost all tubes where pleated. Dont buy this shit! And to be honest, cliënt service by vevor could be better!

It is very poor quality metals and zippers are not made very well. The first time wind blows the green plastic ripped. Even being extra secured. Would not recommend. Did not last more than a couple weeks. Patched back together and lasted a few months.

The delivered it em was improperly manufactured and was missing the grippy side of the velcro required to attach the plastic cover to the door frame. I advised vevor of the problem a week ago. Customer service has consisted only of saying "we're working on it" while not working on it. I offered options to partially refund, or to send a correctly manufactured replacement part. As neither have occurred, I have to choice but to return the 20x10 ft greenhouse to vevor and warn others of poor manufacturing process/quality control and non-existent customer service. If resolved within 24 hours , I will ATTEMPT to edit this review (if possible/allowed).

Fell apart in the first sign of wind , trenched in 30 cm deep , poles may aswell be made of straw.
