I'm a typical homeowner who enjoys DIY projects. I had a tall tree fall. About 12" wide. Very heavy. So I looked online to get some ideas about how to manage this. I didn't know that a Timberjack existed. It was exactly what I needed. I love learning about stuff!

Premier essai concluant, le manche de gros diamètre (48 mm) est robuste et la partie acier, avec une épaisseur de métal de 10 mm pour le crochet sera également très résistante. Le crochet s'ancre assez facilement dans le bois et dans l'écorce. Un petit ponçage du bois et un traitement à l'huile donne une meilleure finition, un ajustement de l'entraxe du crochet avec 2 rondelles améliore le fonctionnement. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable.

We had over 150 large trees blown down during Hurricane Helene.Pines, Oaks, Maples, Poplar and Cottonwoods. BIG trees. This TimberJack has really helped with cutting and rigging these logs to get up to my mill. Strong and can easily handle 24inch diameter logs. I can recommend this product for heavy duty log work around your property.

Well made tool, strong and easy to assemble and use. I have tested on large 300mm wide 2 metre long solid timber, works well, makes cutting large tree trunks easy on the ground. Tip: use a piece of flat wood under foot if working in soft ground.
