How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Not much can be said, it's exactly what they say it is. Light weight, easy to put together and strong enough for the job. Easy to put together.

Very good quality, easy to assemble. It’s a tad low if you are 6’3”. I would recommend it.

Works well for my senior parents

The chair fits perfectly in a traditional bathtub.iThe rubber feet make it secure. It is light. My parents are in their 80s, it really helps them to take a shower safely.
