Useful and comfortable to have when showering as it saves back strain and having to stand on a slippery surface. It's even better with back-rest. Sturdy and firm. Good price.

Terrible Customer Service. When I purchased the product it showed that I would receive it Friday (before the long weekend) UPS Delivery claims they tried to deliver. However, we were sitting right next to the phone and NO ONE rang the intercom. No notice was left on the apartment front door. The package is going to be sent to an unnamed pick up location, it is a long weekend so the next business day is delayed.

El taburete de ducha está bien y nos gusta, pero tiene un inconveniente grande, su altura máxima es muy baja.

Mauvaise qualité. Pas de filetage ni de pas de vis. Visse dans le plastique. Déformation rapide, complément bancale, dangereux !
