Compro la caja de seguridad y estando cerrada se abre sola al moverla , saltan los resortes…… me pongo en contacto mando vídeo y su contestación al Xavi de casi 4 días es un vídeo adjunto diciendo que tiene un fallo interno y que lo arregle viendo el video…. Me parece lamentable ilegal con la práctica hacia el cliente y de estafadores . Lo lpondre en manos de la agencia del consumidor

The safe only works with a key. All attempts to set a code were unsuccessful. After the second failed attempt to set a PIN, the keypad stopped working, and to this day, the safe only works with a key. I don't recommend it. Good price, but the product is useless.

I ordered this safe for my wife. It arrived with one corner of the box damaged. One corner of the safe was damaged smashed in. Another had paint missing. See photo/photos Trying to figure out how to return or get a discount.
