Excellent produit. Un seul problème toutes les explications sont en anglais!!! Pour moi c est une erreur. Une notice en français serait très précieuse. Les dates prévues de livraison sont respectées

nelle istruzioni non viene indicata la procedura corretta per cambiare la password master, quindi 123456# funziona sempre, per voi e per i ladri ....

Lamiera sportello troppo sottile , i perni delle cerniere son visibili dall'esterno e facilmente accessibili con una ventolina , senza contare che la chiusura non è perfetta e lo sportello ha un po' troppo gioco , apertura con impronta nulla da dire , affidabile e veloce .. ma non la ricomprerei sinceramente

Advertised as if it was a real safe, thick metal, but really nothing more than punched out sheet metal.

Safe purchased online and quickly delivered. Package was in good condition. However impossible to open the door of the safe. The left side was completely bended and it prevented to open the door. See picture. Considering that package has not been damaged I assume that Vevor dispatched a safe with default.... I have contacted the client service who promissed a quick answer / solution (within 48 hours) and it's been 7 days and no answer. I just requested an exchange of the safe asap. So far waiting but already desapointed with the service.

Please everyone never buy from vevor they won't refund or accept return. I received a damaged product safe box like this and they are offering $35 to get repaired? The door is not opening and arrived dameged on one side. This company is a joke.

Het product is OK gezien de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, echter ontbreekt de verlichting zoals omschreven wat ik belangrijk vind en daarom voor dit model heb gekozen. Ik heb het voorstel gedaan een korting te geven zodat ik de verlichting zelf zou kunnen aanbrengen, het voorstel as 20 euro, wat de verlichting kost. En toen begon het ik moest met schermafdrukken aantonen wat er op de site van Vevor stond, ik voelde mij eigenlijk een leugenaar, niet echt klantvriendelijk en terug sturen zou voor Vevor duurder zijn en voor mij redelijk bewerkelijk. Klaarblijkelijk zag men in wel degelijk tekort te schieten omdat de vermelding was met verlichting en wilde men 10 euro reduceren de helft van de kosten van de verlichting, dus geloofde men mij wellicht weer niet. Ik laat het hier bij kortom zielig en niet echt klantgericht, dus een klant minder.
