So the actual inside dimensions are 12 inches wide at the bottom because it tapers in, and 13.75 at the opening and 41.25. Those are the inside dimensions. Also the lids are warped so they are not water proof. They are not crush resistant because if I push with one finger they bow in substantially. For the price I could have gotten two cheap Plano cases for 60$ a piece of the same quality. Instead I paid 83$ each for two cases that were described completely wrong and misleading. ALSO fedex left it in an area where the box got rained on and these water proof hard boxes ended up getting water inside on the foam. So much for water proof

Only two locking points instead of four, the pick and pluck foam is ok, I prefer solid foam as it lasts so much longer when used often

Bought this to fit in my storage area on top of my volkswagen westfalia to store some camping and fishing gear, worked out well, not lots of storage, probably could of purchased a taller one, but none the less am happy with the quality and price!

Vevor has the worst customer service from my experience

When the item arrived it was defective but vevor gave me a full refund, so 1 star on the item but 4.5 for customer care

For days I have had no help receiving a refund for an item that was sent from the manufacturer clearly extremely damaged! The customer service is nonexistent on either help desks! Every reply is automated and no solution can be reach despite the wrongdoing being vevor's sole responsibility. My package was not damaged in transit yet was haphazardly mended at the manufacturer with the same tape by the initial packer who damaged the product! I have asked over 30 times for a return label and refund to no avail! This place screams scam!

Bought for birthday present. Product shipped in stated time. Sat in my city warehouse for 2 weeks with no movement. Finally ended up with a refund due to “lost” package.

Présente des défauts et ferme très mal au niveau des clips, la malette s’est ouverte alors que mon fusil était dedans quand je me déplaçais !
