It’s poor quality , the hose kink easily and it does fold flat , so it sticks out

Broke first time I used it. Piece of junk

The hose was the least flexible hose i own. The spray nozzle would not tighten so during the first use, I got all wet. I could not take the nozzle off. I just kept twisting it to no effect. Had to cut the nozzle off, buy a hose mender and new nozzle. Disappointed

I reported it three times that I didn't get the mounting bracket and all of them keep asking for the same pictures over and over you vevor are just trash with customers worst of all store I ever bought from with customer service and support I will never buy from you again and that's a promise!!

Would not have done this but the hose reel arrived broken and I have not been able to get the return to work. Please contact me asap

They don’t sell 11.5 mm drill bits at lowes. Half inch is slightly too big! Why sell something like this unless you include bit?

Hose has cheap end on them and when you screw a nozzles on the end you can’t change it because the end turn that is attached to the hose and no way to hold it . I recommend not to buy again

Junk nozzle leaks after less than a year. Even worse is customer service they said send a video which I did and all I get are generic bot reply’s absolutely zero help

I bought two of these hose reels, expecting them to match the advertised size, but what I received is completely misleading and false advertising at its finest. The "5/8-inch" hose has an actual inner diameter of only .465 inches—far smaller than claimed. The "1/2-inch" hose is even worse, measuring just .340 inches inside. These are not industry-standard sizes, and the restriction on water flow is significant. If you’re expecting full water pressure, forget about it—this thing will choke your flow down to a trickle. For a product designed to handle water, size matters, and this company clearly doesn’t care about accuracy in their listings. If you need real performance and proper hose dimensions, look elsewhere. This was a complete waste of money, and I’ll be returning them immediately.
