WD40 BAD PURCHASE!!!
Spray nozzle will not come off of hose. First time I used it. All it does is spin. Offered me sixty dollars to have it fixed or jump through hoops to return and replace. Would not give me full refund. Anybody have a spray hose , fix it guy? LOL i made the mistake of not reading reviews before I purchased!!!!!

Bought this reel not even a year ago and it is broke. For the first time the other day we pulled the hose out of the reel about 50-70 feet to wash a car. The hose will not go back in the reel now. I have bought a 3 year protection plan also. Velvor is now telling me they will
Send me $32.00 and I can keep the broken reel! Or I could find someone to
Fix it and they will replace it. Idk why they won’t just send me a new reel.

have used this twice. The first time the nozzle it came with fell apart. The second time as the hose was winding up there was a loud noise inside and it quit working and will no longer reel the hose in. Complete junk and I'm 10 days out of the warranty.

Worked great for one season. End of season unhooked supply water hose, unsealed the hose, took sprayer off, and reaped back up to empty water from hose. Went to use this spring and now it won’t roll back in after pulling it out.

Richard VANHORN 130 foot hose reel
Very cheap., bought 4 of these and all of them didn't last a season. Hoses will not roll up, attachment broken, very cheaply made spent like 425.00 dallors never again. Don't buy. Poor poor terrible product. Then they refund me very little buy two more and they are the same cheap stuff. Done with this.

Hose reel is alright. Customer service is nonexistent. Comes with 2 different sprayer heads, only you can't get the one that comes on it off. And Customer service has no answer even after 2 weeks- all they say is we're working on it.

Disappointed User Field Tech
I ordered this because it's advertised as heavy duty. It's anything but heavy duty. The first hose reel was installed and the hose split wide open within 10 seconds of running water through it. I was offered a replacement which I accepted but was shocked when the second hose split after 30 seconds under pressure. Not heavy duty or high quality.
