No one will make it right with me, we’ll never order from them again because they won’t make it right.
I purchased this product two weeks ago, I have spent two weeks trying to get someone to help me with my purchase, there are no phone numbers to talk to anyone, my name is Ronald Baker, I live in Lynchburg, Virginia, I received this product completely rusted all over, after two weeks I received a message back, saying I could return the product, but I would have to pay for shipping back, I sent multiple pictures of the rust, they did not want to do anything for me or send me a new set, I had a lot of products I wanted to purchase from them, but seeing what they did to me about my purchase, I will never purchase anything from them as long as I live, so if you were thinking to purchase something from them, think twice save your money and go to a tool store, they sent them to me rusted and I’m not happy, so if you are smart, save your money, I am very dissatisfied.
