I’m really please with our 10x13 gazebo. It went up fairly easily, just a couple of minor manufacturing defects that we were able to fix and continue with assembly. We screwed it into our deck, and we close the walls when it’s not in use in order to avoid wind damage. I love that there are both screens and curtains. My only real complaint is that the zippers should start at the bottom and not the top. It’s a very tall structure, so trying to line up the zippers up way above my head on a stool is not the easiest. Makes more sense to have that at the bottom. Another adjustment that would really help is to have some weights of some sort at the bottom of the curtain and screen panels, so they don’t billow in the wind. But, if you tie them back to the poles with the provided Velcro wraps, they are fine. We love the look of it, the height, we’re able to fit our outdoor love seat, coffee table, 2 arm chairs and 2 ottomans, and a fan under it comfortably. Lots of time out here enjoying our yard away from the mosquitoes and rain these last few weeks!

Good quality I ordered this and when delivered I noticed the box damaged and a lot of tape but I don't like to return stuff especially as heavy as this was I start assembling this as I was to the roof I was missing 2 major poles and fasteners I contacted company and after a few different emails they finally sent me the poles and fasteners that I needed to finish putting it together it took about 3 weeks to get the missing parts but I do like it this was the second one I bought the first one was from big lots and was in stock everything was there I'm pleased with it and Vevor for getting me the missing parts.

Our neighbor is now interested in our new gazebo. We enjoy the openness of the high ceiling. Easy to follow instructions. We do wish replacement tops were an option. Did I miss the tops for future?

This prodding hold up to very little wind and broke apart and ripped quit easily as the material , it was made from was very thin, so in the end , had to be taken down

I had a lot of problems being able to assemble the part of the roof and the tubes that make it up.The top crown was of very poor quality and the corner tubes did not engage.I finally had to return it and vevor refunded me 70% of the original cost of the product...

Arrived broken can’t put together with this leg ithere response is so to resolve problem I will never purchase here again. No phone support

The items I received are incompatible and, as per your '30-day no-hassle return' policy, I tried exercising my right to return them for a full refund or immediate store credit. Your previous response suggesting that a return is 'costly and inconvenient' contradicts your own advertised guarantees. I have already been more than reasonable by offering to accept store credit to purchase the correct replacement immediately. Reason for Return: The website’s "recommended" or "frequently bought together" feature suggested these items as a bundle. However, upon further inspection, these two products are incompatible. I was specifically looking for a permanent hardtop shelter solution, and the "Winter Cover" was marketed alongside a soft-top gazebo that does not support it.

Had less than 2 years and fabrick is ripping. Poor quality. outdoors for 6 months for 2 years and it ripped.

This thing folded like a blanket after a little bit of wind. Now it’s useless and I had to take it down. I even had the legs in cement so it was really a pain to take down. Sucks because it cost so much and it didn’t even last a summer :(
