Customer Reviews for VEVOR Multi-Purpose Folding Ladder, 7-in-1 Tall Extension Step Ladder, A Frame 5 Step Telescoping Ladder, 19ft Reach Height Heavy Duty Adjustable Ladder, 330 lbs Capacity for Home Outdoor

This is a nice ladder that extends into several different sizes. It’s light weight for its size and the stabilizer bars adds a layer of comfort when working at the height this ladder can reach. Customer service was great also. My ladder was damaged during shipping and vevor was great with making it right.

The ladder is ok, a bit on the narrow side. The real issue is the quality of Vevor handling and shipping. The first one I ordered was dented deeply. So, I had to repack it, and return it to a FEDEX location, a real PITA. I got the replacement, it it arrived rather quickly. However, there are two small dents. I felt the were not material, (but if it collapses, that will be another story), so I did not return it again for another replacement. The real issue to me, as I've seen review about dents frequently, is the warehousing. They must get banged up from forklifts all the time, so it seems they lack serious quality control standards to sell damaged products.

reçu et conforme et conforme a ce qui est détaillé mais l espace pour mettre les.pieds est pas suffisamment large donc pas super rassurant en hauteur

Cheap quality but it works. Bolts wont stay secured. Constantly tightening them.

First I would like to say it’s a cheap ladder . Next I would like to state I am 160lbs and when I climb this ladder it bows in the middle very bad and is very unstable.

Well, I was pretty happy when I saw this ladder. I am 325 pounds and ladders for that weight are very expensive. My wife kept telling me to get the 300 lb ladder, which I need for about 20 feet to get above our camper. I said absolutely not…when I’m 20 feet up, I don’t want to risk a bad ladder! Anyway, I got this ladder. When I received it, I noticed it is VERY narrow and very light. I didn’t like it, but if it holds me, I guess I don’t need a wide ladder. So, I opened it. It is very long! I climbed up it and it was bending quite a bit and was VERY flimsy! I was fearing for my life. I will not be using it again without a brace under it. I’m contemplating returning it, but I still need a ladder to get above my camper. Since the price was so good, I’ll probably keep it at the camper so my sons can get on the roof if needed. In short, no way will it hold 330 pounds. Very disappointed. I have been buying a lot of Vevor tools lately and am pretty happy with them, but I will not risk my life on this ladder.

these ladders suck. you can’t even use them in a real life scenario. they are sketchy asf. the hinge system is ass backwards. the weight should be applied to the stop side of the hinge. one of them popped open while I was using it. almost fuckin died!

I love the ladder, I had the chance to use a couple times already and it feels pretty strong. The only thing I dont like is that is not wide enough for an adult. I am 6'2 and it is kinda hard for me to use it due to the steps not being wide enough. Other than that I am happy with my purchase

Width of steps are so small that it hurts when you stand on them or go up on ladder

product is very flimsy. 330 lbs.? hard to believe.
