Bonjour, Pour commencer, aucune notice de montage, mais genre zéro quoi. Petit livret de présentation et de recette 100% anglais. Pas de support induction, ça tombe mal, je n'ai que ça. Je l'ai monté tant bien que mal puis démonté pour un retour au cause de ça. Enfin, renvoyez le gars qui colle les étiquettes en fin de fabrication sur la cuve, car 200ml de dissolvant et 2 éponges ne sont pas venu à bout de cette colle sur de l'inox !

It was delivered a wrong house and I couldn't get any proof of delivery where it was sent even tho my address was correct. Had to apply for refund. Worried about using this service as of delivery company

SHOP ELSEWHERE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VEVOR FOR ANY PRODUCT! Their customer service is insanely robotic. I have been trying to return this kit for 5 days now with their team delivering expert levels of rigamarole. I am 100% sure this review will be hidden (after doing research it appears they hide bad reviews among other sketchy practices). Not worth your time. If you have any issues they will send lengthy, generic template responses that do not address anything relevant to what’s being discussed. Do not shop here.

Commande incomplète et abimer
Commande qui a mit une semaine a arriver et surtout incomplète et certains parti casser : un hachoir avec lame erbrecher et qui touche les côtés intérieur du hachoir, poussoir a viande reçu casser . Et sur un alambic reçu sans la pompe et une fois monté la marmite du serpentin ne repose pas sur la marmite principal comme il devrait être sur la photo donc la solution et de devoir tordre le serpentin en cuivre ! Je ne vous recommande pas ces produits certe le prix et attractif mais au final du made in china non conforme aux descriptions ! Je suis en contact avec le service client je reviendrai partager mon expérience mais pour sur j'ai commandé pour rien étant donner que je ne peut même pas essayer les produits commandés et de plus je doit les bricoler c'est top !!

Makkelijk in gebruik, goed te onderhouden. Helaas kan je geen onderdelen apart kopen, zoals bv. een deksel, of koperen spiraal. Andere onderdelen zoals flexibel en thermometer kan je via ali… kopen, daarom een ster.
