Waited a while for it to be fitted but very strong excellent could have done with some covers for the holes by the middle post

Good quality at a bargain price ,difficult to understand the possibilities for fitting to which size of steps

Excellent value. Easy to assemble and fix in place. The only criticism is that the is that the masonry drill is for use with a SDS drill using in three jaw chuck causes the drill to wobble and may result in an oversized hole which could lead to less grip with the expansion bolts. This not made clear on the instructions.

Although the handrails are sturdy I am disappointed that the screws have all gone rusty and this is after ONLY FOUR weeks of them being installed. This does affect the aesthetics of the handrails. I suggest that the screws should be stainless steel and this problem would be eliminated.

Excellent quality. Although we just haven't got them installed we are very confident they will meet our needs.

Excellent handrails. Came with all the fixings. Great value for money. Couldn't have made the handrails out of scrap timber, any cheaper. Now I've found this company, I'll certainly use them on a regular basis.

We have quite steep steps from our Park home to the garden.l am so glad I ordered this hand rail, it has made such a difference. Having bad knees l need the support, and the shape of the hand grip is really good. With the Matt finish you can still grip well, even when it is wet. Would recommend.
