The quality of this hose reel is really good the spring for the retraction could be a bit stronger struggles to go back in sometimes a little bit less hose might solve this problem

learning experience
The hose reel works fine in warm climate, I live in northern Alberta, and that makes it a summer time hose. When you make a purchase with Vevor they will keep sending you more emails of sales, it dose not stop, I have made several sale purchases and the next day after ordering it is cheaper.

Arrived broken bent and unusable. Purchased shipping insurance. Got no where with countless emails. Now the unit sits in my dining room disassembled as I am unable to get in touch with anyone about parts. I took a credit from them as getting anything resembling a refund was impossible. I hope they are happy with the sale because I will never purchase anything from them again. Amazon at least stands by what they sell.
