Slordig, pakketlabel was aangemeld maar de bezorger heeft het pakket nooit ontvangen omdat het product simpelweg niet voorradig meer was. Afhandeling alszijnde een zoekgeraakt pakket bij vervoerder. Onterecht 4 weken op geld retour moeten wachten. Echt slecht, een nadenkend persoon had dit niet zo laten gebeuren maar de helpdesk is waardeloos
