Die Sicherheitsstange wurde relativ schnell geliefert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Sie bietet meinem gehbehinderten alten Vater stabile Sicherheit zum Festhalten.

A back saver for a caregiver. Purchased for elderly mother to assist with getting her out of bed. Not only is it helpful for pulling herself up with, but she can also use it to adjust her position in bed. Tested it with a 240lb person and it is very sturdy and secure. It is really easy to install. We did find that our ceiling is not entirely level in all spots, but it is easy enough to move around to ensure it is in a level spot. Will likely install one by the bathtub as well.

Very well built, safe and useful, but be warned - it is heavy so you must be reasonably fit to assemble it safely; the male threads are very sharp so take care/wear gloves. There is an optional handle but I have not used this, it is a worthwhile option, but it would obstruct the passageway in our situation.

I am using it the shower with a flat floor and an 8 ft ceiling. I have become unsteady on my feet and have a fear of falling and have found that this product works very well. One of the problems encountered was the the instructions included dimensions in millimeters while had a tape measure in feet, inches and fractions. This was solved with a calculator for the conversions. The instructions were not really great and I am giving 4 stars rather than 5.

Takes time but, easy to install. (less than an hour +-) Works well and is strong and helps for senior dad with leg/back issues) The instructions were a little lacking but, any handy person can figure out. Make sure you have a wide adjustable Wrench to make the final height tightening adjustments. Double check your ceiling height and determine which extension(s) you require. Optional tip if you have a stud finder to make sure the ceiling has proper location for support. Seems stable and can take a lot of weight/force. Only issue is the grab bar is able to swing. However, we like that since can rotate with a little extra force to use different angles/positions to stand up. (although over time am guessing will have to replace the rubber or tighten.) *(took off one star since the price/promotions fluctuate often and they currently sell it on Amazon for $5 dollars less than we paid)

Cela semble de la bonne qualité et c'est relativement facile à monter. La poignée par contre doit être serrée à l'extrême pour ne pas qu'elle tourne avec le bras de levier quand quelqu'un y met son poids pour se lever, même une personne légère. Une bague crantée serait plus facile pour placer et figer cette poignée dans un position choisie, plutôt que du pur serrage par friction.

Was broken when it arrived

The poles are not necesary bad but installation is short of a nightmare because the instructions are extrmely poor and it is obvious that it requires tools that are not included. I was able to make them work somehow but it has been a matter of days of trial an error to ensure the two I bought are safe enough for my elderly parents. I would strongly suggest to anyone looking for similar poles to: number one, look for another brand and number two ensure all necessary tools are included. If they are not, make sure it is clealy indicated in the instructions (whihc was not the case with this brand) .
