Le colis arrive éventré, le coloris est gris clair mais avec des bordures noires épaisses très marquées. De plus la livraison s'est mal passée, le livreur jetant le carton par dessus mon portail sans attendre qu'on lui ouvre et surtout un jour après la date annoncée (25 au lieu du 24) sans explication. Très déçu

No puedo valorar el artículo ya que me lo han enviado sin la lona, no se hacen cargo y no dan una solución, si esta es la politica que tienen no recomiendo este artículo ni nada de ellos, ya que te llega la caja sorpresa y si va todo bien pero si no te fastidias, a ellos si les sale a cuenta ya que te cobran todo y si reclamas te ofrecen un pequeño reembolso, y para que quiero yo en reembolso si el artículo es para tirar, otra cosa sería un daño estético que el artículo se.pueda utilizar pero no es el caso

i am not happy with this. It's too complex to struggle with shipping. You're supposed to send the code label for shipping. We discuss through email forever before we agree to make sure you said you will pay the amount and shipping too. i did a pic of the receipt to send you. And then the end of happened, change subject cant pay me shipping ahhh. Before we agreed, but not. i am piss off. Why do you lie to me this.... i want you to pay me the $29.68 owed. i am not happy with this. Bad service and lied to me for almost 1 month as struggle. Also, I try to send a pic to you, but your system is bad!! not ever try at all. you have received it there already
