Review of the saw
I used it to cut a few trees. Got stuck in one tree and it snapped.
No good now. It’s trash. I left in the tree and I went and got a real saw.
If vevor is listening I’ll change my review for a discount on the 20-22incb saw and do a comparison.

Mrs
This was something my husband saw and looking at the reviews he thought it would be a good purchase. He thought if he could at least 2-3 days out of it, it would pay for itself as compared to getting a rental at Home Depot. Once he opened the box to assemble, the housing cover was difficult to remove, and next to impossible to put back on. The metal ring inside of the cover was oval shaped instead of circular which would not go back on. Once he was able to finally get it on after a lot of manipulation, he could not get the chainsaw to start. He spent over an hour and went online and was very mad to see and hear from other videos posted about the same issue he was having. Then he finds out a large majority of the reviews are paid reviews. This is when he decided he wanted to return and get something reputable that he knows will start and not leave him stranded in a tree. Don't purchase based on reviews alone. Research and find videos online that pertains to this product and derive your answers from there. This is from someone that never writes a review. I should have gone against him and just purchased the Stihl or Husqvarna I was going to get. You get what you pay for, and this too follows the saying.

Mr.
This thing stinks. It's brand new and won't start. Support won't help. They have the worst support I have seen. I diagnosed it down to the point that gas is not reaching the cylinder. I tell them that but they don't respond.

Purchaser
Never got the 12” too start. Has never reaches the primer bulb no matter how much you pushed bulb in but you can hear air moving when push bulb in. The 20” fired right up no problem.

Tronconneuse

I bought this small saw to keep in my tractor. So far this saw has worked good. It’s too early to give a better review but for the money it’s a good buy.

12” Chainsaw
I received this product last night and upon opening saw a residue all over the unit. I thought nothing of it and continue unpacking. I noticed fuel in the primer bulb which was a first for me with a new chainsaw purchase.
After putting the saw together which went fairly well, I topped off the bar chain oil and fuel. Tightened up the caps and set the saw up right. Instantly the fuel began dripping out. I put the saw on its side to further evaluate. I opened and closed a few to see if there was any obvious compromises but didn’t notice anything blatant. I primed the unit and ran for a bit. Started up and sounded great. The saw was left in upright position over night and the next more my towel underneath was soaked in fuel.
Photos were taken of where bubbling was actually found when closing the fuel cap. Not thrilled about this at all.
I also noticed I paid a few bucks more than I see advised on all social media platforms.
