This does not work. Trailer gate will not go down even with one side unhooked. The directions say dont use violence if the gate doesn't go down. Use only the pin in the large spring hole. Same crap and it doesn't work. Wate of time and money. DO NOT BUY THIS.

1 star because no instructions included. Where do you mount the rails, how dou you attach the springs and rollers, at what point on the tailgate do you attach the cables. I'll find a comparable model and use those instructions.. shame on you Vevor..

It will not work on my new trailer as the tailgate latch mechanism interferes with the cable installation requirement I sent in an inquiry and pictures, however no reply from Vevor. Disappointed for sure
