Customer Reviews for VEVOR 2-Sided Trailer Tailgate Lift Assist, 360 lbs Load Capacity, Compatible with Open Utility Trailer Tailgate and Ramp, with 10 to 24 Inch Heights Side Rail and 4 to 6 Feet Height Tail Gate or Ramp

Very happy with it

Everything was good except when delivered the box was opened on one side.. I contacted customer service and let them know what I was missing. They said to keep the item and I would get a refund so I could order another. Never happened. Never followed through.

Easy to install and shipped fast.

I can now use my trailer made it very easy the gate was too heavy before

Works great and you can't beat the price. My gate weighs about 300 pounds and is a pain to use. After installing this assist it is a breeze to use. Unit has 2 springs to counter balance the weight and I placed them 1/4" from the end of the rail. I then measured 30" from Unit to the opened gate and drilled and attached. Gate opens and closes easy, and stays on the ground as needed. Follow the instructions and enjoy. Highly recommend product and Vevor.

Great product great price fast shipping friendly service

Extremely useful. Saves the back .

Great price and not to hard to install. Should have bought one 5 yrs ago.

This is a great product. On a heavy steel gate for my trailer that almost crushed my hands, I can now literally lift the gate with one finger. I am not a big person so this was a life saver. Be ready to do some drilling but overall installation was easy.

So far it works great, time will tell!
