This product is horrible. None of the parts are leveled, you can figure it out as you go along. Ok no big deal... Then comes the manual poor image quality. Parts are left over as they are not in the manual, example part L. Manual says one wrench is needed, no biggie ok I'll use two. Page 10 has the plastic bracket shown the wrong way. The roller for the canopy and a sharp so I recommend shaving it so it doesn't cut the canopy. Also when inserting the plastic tubes in the canopy use water, its impossible to get them all the way unless you use a fish tape like I did... Parts were scratched upon arrival, with aluminum and paint it will seperate and bubble up. I emailed support, the 24/7 is useless. Expect email 48hrs later asking for pictures when I asked for clarification on the manual. Returning the product, does seem good quality but bad manufacturing process and really bad assembly manual.

I have only one comment: Vevor is selling cheap stuff.

Poles are not sturdy for holding the canvas when they are out.It gives in the middle and the brackets on the end are to light. Also when you slide the cavas in the grooves on the ends are to sharp that stops you from feeding the canvas. I remodified the brackets and use a heavier conduit pipe which does not bend when it rains.

L'ouvrant de ma porte fenêtre est de 212cm par 150cm et jai du tout modifier la hauteur et la largeur pour pouvoir le faire rentrer. (Hauteur et largeur) . Pourtant cest marqué 210cm part 150cm. La qualité est au niveau du prix. La toile a l'air de bonne qualité mais tout les fixation et piece plastique a voir dans le temps me pareil peu solide. Dessus également du délai de livraison estimation prévue le 20 et reçu le 22.

Couldn’t get it to change the pitch or angle to go higher. Bought it for that reason only. Too much work to take it down if not I would have returned it. Nice looking though.

I ordered two shades, this being the smallest of the two. We started with the larger and it was very difficult to follow the directions. Did our best and then installed it and the forward pitch was way too steep. It wasn't especially easy to open and close, either. We decided not to even take the smaller one out of the box. Expensive lesson.

Fairly happy with the awning with the exception of the stitching which is mostly double except that the stitching had wandered off course right down the middle leaving a section single stitched. Fingers crossed it doesn't separate in a wind.

I dont know if the issue is because of the size or its just underbuilt. It sags badly in the middle, the support pipe on the end bows under its own weight, so does the roller tube. The side support arms need to be length adjustable, they are to short when the awning is fully extended.

Instructions are incredibly poor and skip some installation steps. I have so far spent over 12 hours building this and I am nearly done. To put into perspective how frustrating it is to build this awning, I have successfully built ikea stuff, installed windows/siding/roofing, built kids playgrounds, done major repairs on cars, and I do computer programming for my job. All of these things are easier and less frustrating than this awning.
