Très bel article mais les accessoires des fixations en plastiques sont très fragiles lors des serrages, et en cas de vent il vaut mieux le replier car ça bouge trop l'ensemble.

The awning is ok. Not a high end model. I had to add 8 more screws to the center of the coil to keep it completely round at that joint when rolling up. The fabric is too thin to me and when rolling up it bunches up and pulls to the right side The one arm on the right side sags compared to the left as well. I used foam tape and duct tape on the coil to get around this to a point. Anyway it's not perfect but it is installed and not worth trying to replace for the amount of times I actually open it.

Did not come with complete hardware. I am missing a bracket, bolts, & drill bit. The instructions don't say what size drill bit is needed or what size the bolts are. I had to take the box of hardware & instructions to Home Depot. Three associates tried to make sense of the instructions & hardware & sent me home with a 5/8 drill bit. The customer service team is giving me the run around. They are telling me I have 3 brackets & a drill bit. I have photos to show what came in the package & they are wrong. They don't have phone number so it's all chat & email. I have not had resolution & they want to close my ticket. I have paid a handyman to install & it's just hanging off the side of my house because the box did not come with complete hardware & it has horrible instructions! PLEASE SEND ME A COMPLETE HARDWARE REPLACEMENT WITH A DRILL BIT!!

Cheap and this company is horrible. They do not back their products even when issues occurs within manufactured limited warranty. Horrible.

Only had it for a few weeks and the canopy stitching has come apart. Very cheaply made. Not happy with this at all!

I should have returned it. It doesn't extend out far enough and the side bars are a menace. I don't recommend

The awning roller sags at least 1.5-2” inches the middle which leaves the awning it self loose in the middle. When the awning is rolled outward, the ends have to be tied down because any little wind will lift the awning and arms upward and they usually come slamming down. I have dealt with customer service and they are responsive.

I put it in the garbage. Worst purchase of my life. I accepted your 113$ refund, cause I don't have time to waste. But It would have been more honest to refund me completely.
