I really didn’t like the fact that my nephew bought the 52cc unit 2 days after I purchased the 26cc unit for $58.00 less than I paid. That just doesn’t seem right to me

Built like junk - unsafe to use. The more I use this, the worse it is. Now the "safety" locking pin, which vibrates itself out when being used, is completely stripped when tightening. The amount of epoxy now holding this thing together is frightening. I do not recommend this AT ALL! First arrived and the handle was broken - WEEKS later the replacement part arrived, and its the wrong part. Now trying to assemble the rest because I give up with support, and the bolts for the trimmer safety guard are the softest bolts and nuts I've ever seen. Stripped on the first go and now impossible to get tight. Everything else I've bought from Vevor has come with fantastic instructions, the instructions with this are a joke

I recieved the INCOMPLETE package in a timely manor. Customer service tho is really lacking understanding of customer commitment. The order was missing many pieces and i submitted pictures as requested. No replacement pieces or return label has been provided after several communication emails. Dont Recommend

When I receive this product, it was missing the accessory box, along with some of the essential tools. I contacted.Vevor and provided them photos and order number, and everything else they asked for. This has been going on for several weeks and no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and so disappointed in this company.
